I just bought 2 12" Solobaric SL7's and a Kicker 1200 Watt amp.
Installing is not a problem. The problem is the SL7's require more power than I have had previously....so will the wiring be any different from a 12" W6?
I dont know if anything else is necessary like a crossover or a capacitor?

You will need at least a 1.5 farad capacitor to get full power to your amp and I would recommed 4 gauge power and ground wire and 12 gauge speaker wire. I would get an external crossover such as a MTX XM3 or similar because crossovers on amps usually are not that good
