it does 50rms x 4 @ 4ohms.

I want to use it to drive my tweeters. what do you guys think about it? I'm going to use it in a active setup. I was reading something about it online that it has some "xover" feature that you have to switch out with resisters to get the right frequencies or something like that. So if anyone has any knowledge on it please expand. Also is Xtant a good company.

Xtant's amps are among the best.
I don't know much about that particular amp though, sorry.

Unless you have an external xover I wouldn't use it. You do indeed have to change resistor sips to change xover points.

You could try and find the correct sips online or jury rig something with individual j-bent resistors, but thats probably more trouble than its worth.

I love Xtant amps. In fact I own 9 or 10 of them, but unfortunately the 404m doesn't fit your application well.

Too bad. I have a 202m. Thing looks sweet.

But I do have an external crossover. I have a audiocontrol 6xs. So.....I can use it then right? without worry about the crossover chips.
