I am trying to install an amplifier in my 1998 Ford SVT Contour. I am looking for a hole in the firewall large enough to thread the power cord to the amp. I was wondering if anyone knew where to find one. If there isn't a hole, I was wondering if there is anyone who knows where the best place to drill one is. Thanks.
ive had this problem a lot of times with the firewall. I got fed up with looking around for one and just drilled a hole through it. To find a nice place to drill, look under the hood and try and find a place where there isn't anything around. Then go under the dash and try to match up the placement and drill away. well, not really, just drill slowly until u c a little hole, then make adjustments from there.
