I'd like to see more specs myself, ones that could justify its cost, with ESR being #1. 9600 amp current delivery? Come on. At 14 volts that means it would be capable of supplying 134.4 kw, or 180 hp!

That's the thing with car audio, just about anyone can make extreme claims and no one will dispute it. Try that in computers. If someone said they had a device that boosted cpu's performance by 3000%, almost every computer magazine will pounce on it. And if it proved to be false, the manufacturer would be hung out to dry.
Doesn't that batcap sound like a magical box?

I've never been a fan of batcaps. just a battery with a carbon based capacitor cluster bolted to it, and the ESR isn't that impressive.

Yeah, but for $1200 there's got to be something different about the 8400. If not.....well they say there's a sucker born every minute.

Nice Parker. There's one guy who anchors his in Hillsboro Inlet all the time. Its powered with a single outboard and doesn't look that fast. Still seems like it'd make a great work boat. We suddenly seem just a bit off-topic now, but oh well.

I'm head captain on the Fish City Pride, but run the Helen S VI quite a bit as well:

In fact spent two years working the Bahamas in it. BTW that address is wrong. Both boats are right next to the inlet now. Gotta get the owner to start up a decent web site.

:P
