I was wondering if it is possible to hook my laptop to my car radio. I have a dodge dahkota with a stock radio. Currently I have XM radio with a wired fm modulator. My wife is talking about getting rid of the xm. I would like a cheap way to hook my laptop to my stock radio for relatively cheap. I do not want a wireless modulator because I get too much interference from the radio. I was thinking if something had an rca imput I could just hook up one of those cables that go from headphones to rca. I have an inverter for my laptop already because I use a GPS and other software while I am on the road. Any ideas?

Get an aftermarket headunit with aux inputs. The only way to create an input to a stock is FM modulation, a cassette adaptor, or hard wiring/modifying it.
