I'm sorry for the posts but I'm really struggling here. Getting alot of info that conflicts with other info. Would this be ok to run or do I need a mono amp that would run about 400-500watts 2 ohm? The P4004, I was told could run the subs by bridging the 4 channels into 2 channels and it would be 200x2 @ 4 ohms. The Kicker amp would be 600x1 @ 2 ohms. I guess that would be about 300 watts per sub. Am I right about that and which amp would be better since I have 4 ohm speakers? Is 2 ohms much better than 4 ohms?

Punch 4004 4 channel amp

50 W x 4 @ 4 Ohms RMS
100 W x 4 @ 2 Ohms RMS
200 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS
Total power: 400 Watts
Bridgeable: Yes

Kicker Mono Subwoofer Amplifier (KX600.1)

Power output: 300 watts RMS at 4 ohms or 600 watts at 2 ohms

Punch P2 Stage 2 SVC 4 ohm 12 (pair)

2" Excursion Aluminum Basket
Impedance: 4 ohms
60 oz Motor Structure Magnet
200 Watts RMS
400 Watts Peak
2" Aluminum Voice Coil Former
Embedded Tinsel Leads
Increased Power Handling
Sensitivity: 86 dB

Thank you all for your help. I know I have alot of questions, I just want a good sounding system and not blow anything up. I'm sure you all know how that goes.
