Alternator and batteries? help!!!

i am going to have two L7's and two big amps so i will need to get a new alternator i hear. what type of alternator should i get and do i need to get a new battery also??? i have a 2002 chevy cavilier.

and would i need a capacitor or power cap thing if i get a new alternator? do they really help? please help because i dont know much about this subject!

these should explain it better then i could. contact nathan at www.excessiveamperage.com << he will give you a estimate on one. if you can upgrade your battery to a optima yellow top that should help with the new alt.

2.2L or 2.4?
