Hey all,
i have a clarion apx320.2 and two kenwood kfc-3009 and i was wondering how i should wire them, the subs are 800 max output and 400 RMS and the amp is Maximum Power Output 320W
Continuous Average Power Output 160W (80W x 2
into 4 ohms 20Hz-20KHz @ 0.05%THD)
Typical 2-ohm Stereo 125W x 2 @ 0.2% THD
Typical Bridged Power 1KHz 250W x 1 @ 0.2%

i know i need a stronger amo but for now how should i wire them??
thx

Are the subs 2, 4, or 8 Ohms? Do they have dual voice coils? Is that watts total for the pair of subs or just one? And which amp are you talking about?

from what i gather, your woofers are 4ohm svc and you probably have two. if this is correct then you want to bridge the amp, go from amp positive to first woofer pos and second woofer pos. and do the same with the negative. i run two wires from my amps positive, one to each sub and the same for the negative.

if your woofers are not 4ohm svc and you don't have a pair then this is not how to do it so let us know so you can get hooked up properly....
