Remote wiring

when hooking up 2 or more amps off of one head unit, where should the remote wires be hooked up to? I looked behind my head unit today and my wiring is as follows. My remote wire is T-tapped into my red power wire, to the highs amp, then from the highs amp to the subwoofer amp and I'm not a rocket scientist but I'm pretty sure that doesn't look right.

nobody has more than 1 amp in their car?

No, that isn't right. Disconnect the remote wire from the red ignition power wire. I wouldn't use more than two amps off the one remote wire line. If you have more amps than that, then you could start tapping the amps into the ignition wire, but do not hook up the ignition and remote wire again...

If there are only two, yes you can.
