you need a battery box to house the battery in the trunk of the car (seales battery to protect from gassing) and you need a battery isolator, which isolates the second battery for the audio system, so no current is used from your starter battery, while still allowing the alternator to charge both batteries when the engine is running.

if u have 2 batteries to 1 alternator the alternator splits the power so each would be gettin 50% of the alternators given power?

the voltage will be the same to both batteries but current will be divided, yes since they'll be in parallel.
the battery isolator makes it so even if you run the deep cycle battery in the trunk all the way down with the engine off, you can still start your car with the other battery. the car's systems will use only the starter battery, and the audio system will use only the other battery.. but both get charged by the alternator when the engine is running.
