I have the wire connected to REM on my amp but where does it connect to on my head unit? It says crimp one end of the blue turn-on lead to the power antenna turn-on lead at the head unit and my head unit manual says the power antenna lead is blue so do i pull out the blue wire in my harness and connect it to it? please help!

Yes hook the REM wire to the blue wire.

if your head unit has a "REM" trigger wire (blue or blue with white trace) use that.
If it does NOT have this, use the PWR ANT lead, which is blue.

If you connect the wire and you only have a working amp with the radio and not with CD/tape, then you used the wrong one of teh two wires.

Or you can use the ACC lead on your ignition or cig lighter.....just make sure that if you use the cig lighter, your amp isnt on when your car is off. As a last resort....you can connect the +12V to the rem connection, BUT make sure you wire up a switch (so you can turn off the amp when your car is off...and yes you can wire the switch just under your dash so you dont have to open your trunk every time you park)
