Clarion amp

I have the DPX1000.2 Clarion Amp
(250 Watts RMS x 2 @ 4 ohms)
(450 Watts RMS x 2 @ 2 ohms)
(500 Watts RMS x 2 @ 1 ohm)
(1,000 Watts RMS @ 2 ohms in bridged mode)
...I'm looking to buy 2 12" subs for this amp and was wondering if it made a difference if my subs had a 2 ohm impedance or 4 ohm impedance...and also if anyone had any suggestions on which subs are the best I would greatly appreciate it! I don't know much, but I'm willing to spend around $300...THANK YOU SO MUCH!

get subs that have dual 4 ohm voice coils, that way you would be able to wire it down to 1 ohm. here is a wiring diagram taht might help. use the first option. (option 1)
