Are you talking about running both sets of components from the same amp? Assuming you bridged your amp into two ohms and wired your sets in parallel to get the 2 ohm load, it would be possible. But should you? I'd say you would want a dedicated amp for each set of components you'd be running. Also, I don't know much about components, so I don't know how much running two sets would affect your sound. (Sorry if I didn't answer the question, I wasn't quite sure what you were getting at.)
