I have been reading the messages posted on the internet concerning the extinct Savard Speakers today. My son is now 17, into audio and has made me realize how much I miss the industry. We are talking about starting Savard Speakers again in Baton Rouge, La.It will be on a smaller scale, but with the same standards as in the past.

Also, I am looking for Bart that worked with me as tech support. If you see this Bart, please call me ASAP, I could use your help.

I will establish an e-mail for if available.

Mr Bill Savard
My name is Robert Chauvin, I live here in the state of Louisiana, i
was reading your post on wanting to bring back savard audio speakers,
i'm here to tell you that it would be a great idea to bring the company
back, way back in the 80's i had several of your speakers in my car from
the savard professionals to the rap series, both were good speakers
that offered the best in both worlds, high sound pressure and sound
quality at any volume level, there was hardly any speaker out on the market
at the time that could come close to the performance of the savard
speakers, i'm talking power handeling, sound quality, and sound pressure
output, i'm 39 years old now, and still into the auto sound aftermarket
all my stuff in my truck is aftermarket (to hell with factory junk), if
you were to bring back the company and start manufactoring speakers
again I will outfit my truck with the legendary speakers that set the
standards way back in the 80's.Well that's it for now, hope to hear
that the company goes back into business again.

Hello Bill, I am Frank Stuart and worked for you in the late 70's on Florida Blvd. I worked for a Black Man (Can't remember his name) who was over the electronics building area. (My roommate worked in the finishing department at the same time. His name was Bill Hendrick) I became licensed to work on Radio/Televisions in the State of Louisiana after I left your store and started my own company. (Stuart's Video Services)
Now I work for a company that manufactures Highway safety equipment. I do Design of the electricals and supervise Railroad crossing installs)

I hate to bother you but I have what I think was a pair of the last versions of 15" 3 way speakers and would like to put them back to stock. Is there any way I may be able to find out what models they are and get some electrical specs. (Speaker models and crossover values) I thought you may still have the info from when we manufactured them.

I am very happy to hear that you may start back up! It would be a great comeback for Louisiana!

Sorry if I have offended you by contacting you this way but it seems to be the only way to find out the right information.

If I can help you in any way you can call me at 1-225-658-5431 or
(Leave message if I can't answer) I live in Baywood Louisiana and I'm out of town a bit.

Frank Stuart
