He probably has enough money already to do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. I don't think $50 million has the same bargaining power with him as it did when he was first starting out. As sad as it sounds, $1 million will buy you a slightly better than average home in my neck of the woods. The average price for a home in my neighborhood (20 minutes outside of Manhattan) is about $750,000. $1 million will buy you a one bedroom apartment in Manhattan, if you're lucky. I think I need to move to an area where $1 million is still a lot of money, and where I have a realistic chance of buying a house. |
