Is there any place to get support for these chinese mp4/mp3 touch screens?

I cannot get any mp4 or avi files to play on this 4 GB touch screen player from china. the ebay auction states it plays avi and mp4. I wondered if anyone knew a forum that supported these with firmware and problems. Maybe someone here knows, thanks!
