k..i was listin to my ipod then all the suddden it froze!the comp. wont read it.the backlight on the ipod wont go off,the key lock wont even come on what do i do???????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i just purchased a 20 gb ipod over ebay. I plugged it into the computer and downloaded my songs on it and when i played a song it worked fine.....but when the song was still playing and i unplugged it from the computer it froze and it has a symbol saying that it's playing and a symbol that says it's charging and it's not doing either one! Even if you press a button or try to charge it again it won't do anything. What do I need to do? How do I unfreeze it?
