We just purchased a used RD2780 that was supposed to be in excellent working condition. Instead, we can't hear the vocals, only the base playing. Is there a setting that we need to adjust? We get the same on audio or video with a variety of songs. Suggestions?
Be sure you have the headphone (or line-out) plug pushed all the way in. Things can sound funny if it's not.
