hopefully someone can help me because i'm bamboozled. i'v previousley managed to get music from my pc onto my mp3 player. when i tried to do it the other day, it didnt work. basically the 'sync' said that music had been transferred. but the mp3 players says there is no files. however, when i plug the mp3 player into my pc, it plays the music from the mp3 player?!?! very confuzing. i've tried for 2 days now to sort it and am at my wits end. i know that i'm meant to wait til the mp3 player say 'ready' but after 10 mins or more of waiting you'd think it'd be ready.
