Hello! I have the player for a long time and I had no problem but when I was installing windows I forget to plug out the player with safetly remove, so now when I turn it on I get the messege "usb safe mode" but the player isn't connected, when I connected the usb after this message it turn off and when I turn it on while it's connected I go to the main page of the player and my computer don't recognize it and if I disconnect the usb I get the message "usb connection detected". Please help me!!!!
