Audiovox portable DVD player's audio is working but not showing movie.please help me if any of you know about this.

My Audiovox DVD player has the same problem. I tried cleaning the heads, but still not able to play the DVD. It plays audio CD just fine and will play external video/audio input. Since it costs too much to get repaired, I am buying a different brand (under warranty) and piping the audio/video to the Audiovox as a second screen.
