I have had my new iPod charging on my laptop for around 12 hours or more. It looks like the charge is full but it continues to tell me not to disconnect. Does anyone know what's goin on with it!?
Turn off the computer and disconnect the iPod. Did you install the iTunes program before connecting the iPod to your PC? It is very important that the iTunes software be installed first, much like the instructions on your iPod package said.
