So recently I dropped my Lyra Jukebox and now when I press the power button I hear like a ticking, whirring sound, almost as if something's off-track or something (I have no idea really, just a guess). After a few moments the screen says "unable to load files, please reset, etc..." I've tried that and everything and I don't know what to do. I'm wondering...has anyone had success trying to repair the hard drive of their Lyra? Is there some place that would be willing to take a look at it? I called RCA, but they said they'd only do a replacement, which would be great if i didn't have 30gigs of photos, files, and music that are irreplacable. Has anyone had success with a problem like this?
