ok here is the problem..player works fine..but, the battery compartment tab broke and won't snap shut now!! Can this be replaced?? or do I have to get a whole new player?? HELP!!
I have the same thing. I contacted Thompson Electronics(RCA) and the lady said to send it back with a letter explaining what's wrong and they'll send you a new one. The addresss is Thompson Product Exchange Center 11721-B Almmeda Ave Socorro, Texas 79927
