I have no guilt about how she ended up in life at all or her choice of deadbeat boyfriends. I guess that's what drove me to this forum a tad. I just needed something to fill the void. I started out with the intent on making a killing but in the end my conscience got the best of me. Close to Xmas I even sold a few below my cost to some DYING to find one because I was feeling guilty. I don't want to do that anymore. I want to focus more on my knife business and steer away from the nonsense that comes with buying up the hot items and forcing the rest to pay out de azz for it later. I know it's free enterprise. That's America. Most ppl can't stand those who do that around Xmas but stop and think about it. Just about EVERYTHING you buy has changed hands at least 2-4 times b4 you buy it. Every time that happens the price goes up. Be it a pair of pants, shoes, jewelry, or even knives. Why hate the one person doing it to a few rather than the ones (any high end clothing retailer) doing it to the masses? Go into any Macy's. Take a gander at some of the women's fashions. You'll see $200 sweaters and $400 dresses. All made for probably $5 in a third world country. Yet Macy's is considered an upper echelon store and one loved by many Americans. Funny isn't it? |
