Nikon Coolpics 5200 transfer problem...please help.

Now, the "transfer button" will not highlight so I cannot "select" it. I am not that savvy, although I think it's a simple problem. Can anyone help me please?

My son popped the memory card into the computer...presto! There were my pictures! (Although I still can't transfer them the regular way with Picture Project.)Is that what you were refering to?
