I don't have much idea about itunes but you can try to put those pictures on to your pc with the software called as Picasa or attach your iphone with a USB to the pc and copy all your images onto it.

If you are trying to transfer your document from your I-phone to your PC here are some simple steps you have to follow.
1.Plugin your iPhone to the computer without iTunes running
2.Wait for a popup asking you what you want to do with the device
3.Select View Content
4.Find your photos through the folders that are displayed
5.Copy in Windows as usual.
Follow these above steps and enjoy.

you just connect your iPhone to PC and wait for the Auto-Play pop up. There are some software available in the online market to transfer iPhone content including iPhone photos to computer without iTunes.

What cool applications do you know for iPhone, or MacBook, I really liked their ecosystem and how the devices are connected with each other, but it seems to me that it can be done even cooler, what applications would you recommend for this?

Hi, I am really sorry to hear that you haven't gotten any help here up to the present moment. From my own experience I know that such issues require minute involvement into a single line of your editing process. That will take enormous time. When I needed to reinstall Windows on my computer and had probldms with BIOS, I found a guy on https://layboard.in he is an Indian currently living in Dubai. He charged me not so much, but at least I saved about two weeks of my time.
