yeah i don't know how arizona made it and asu didn't. asu beat them twice this season.

but according to the ncaa chairman, asu's schedule wasn't stronger than arizona's.

i have to go with my bruins. ucla all the way.

i think the top seeds from each bracket will be in the final 4 though.

I disagree with Duke making it that far Chase. They rely on their 3-ball too much. One bad shooting game from the outside and they are toast.

I haven't given it much thought yet....thats for tomorrow lol.

But right now, my final four are UNC, Memphis, UCLA, and Georgetown.

But then again, still considering Texas coming out the south, Pitt coming out of the south, Tennessee coming out of the east, Kansas coming out of the midwest, Xavier out of the west, and so on. I'll give my final answer tomorrow night.

Duke will probably play their last game coming up. They had a hard time tonight.

Personally I like Kansas but them Tar Heels rule Southern ball. Georgetown tightens up on defense in the paint and you'll see them in the ''4'' easily.

I'm not mad at all at UCLA.

Haha, duke almost lost. Thats great. I was a work and we were listening to it on the radio and EVERYONE in the back stopped what they were doing when the last 4 secs came up and waited in suspense.
When Duke won everyone let out a dissapointed sigh except for 1 guy who was cheering. I was so pissed

THEY LOST THEY LOST!!!!

I made 45 bucks b/c they lost out before the final 4. I knew it was coming. You cant strictly rely on outside shooting to get you through the season. Duke has always had a great combo of big men inside and shooters outside and this year coach K faild at that. If they had a beastly big man inside, Duke would easily make it to the final four

I picked Duke to lose to WV in my bracket just like they did, they were way overrated coming into the tourney.

This isn't exactly how i had it all in my bracket of course, but here are my picks for the sweet 16...

UNC beats WSU

L'ville beats Tennessee

KU beats NOVA

Davidson beats Wisconsin (really on the fence here, i knew both these teams were gonna over-achieve in tourney, either way i say the winner upsets Kansas to make the Final Four)

West Virginia beats Xavier

UCLA beats western kentucky

Texas beats Stanford

MSU beats Memphis (bank it)

6 outta 8 ain't bad I guess. Shoulda known better picking WVU over Xavier. But I can't blame myself for picking MSU over Memphis cause I still think Memphis is going down.

Elite 8 picks:

Texas over Memphis

UCLA over Xavier

Davidson over KU

UNC over L'ville

I'm just wondering why you all think UCLA will put it on Memphis? I'm curious because Memphis has the most athletic team left in the tournament, by far. The only real concern with them was their foul shooting and they shot over 90% last game and 85% the game before.

besides ucla has some talent and their defense is really good through out the tournament. only their offense was a bit lacking but their defense won them the game. now if collison and ship can get in to the game, they will win. so far its been all k love.

Memphis and UNC with UNC taking it all. I hope that Kansas looses just so those dumbass fans will have one more thing to whine about. Roy helped them that much and they are upset that he left. I dont see how he could turn it down a second time. He turned down many other offers, college and NBA, because he didnt want to get out. He just got the one offer he wanted.

Ive enjoyed this tourney. And to think, Carolina almost picked up Currey

"K-Love is a G, but he'll have problems facing Dorsey and Dozier."

I think it'll be the other way around. And Memphis still has it in them to miss a ton of free throws. They shot like 58% going into the tourney, and what like 80% throughout? They aren't gonna shoot from the charity stripe like that their whole careers.

Dude, good shooters shouldn't miss NEAR as many free throws as they did this season. They shot much better last year and Calipari has just been on this jocks about how pathetic it is. They weren't getting lucky with free throws last round they were just money. Can anyone argue they are the most talented team left?

Also, K-Love is a big ole' boy, but Dorsey is twice as athletic and just as physical. He shut down quite a few big men this tournament. See Raymar Morgan and Jarvis Varnado.

I just don't think it's about any of these guys in the first place. IMO the Bruins have maybe a slight advantage here but much more problematic for UCLA will be Rose. I can't believe he hasn't gotten more hype this year/tourney, he's off the chain.

If they can make Rose a little uncomfortable, it's a game, probly going to UCLA. If Rose goes nuts, he'll be playing UNC in the title game.
