hold the play and the menu button or jus read the manual and reset it
also go to the troubleshooter on their website at apple.com and that stuff is actually really useful sometimes.
If not then you have a hardware issue so u gon have to get it checked out. If i were you i would jus reset it and format it and then try the rest of the stuff.
^^Why come on here and ask a question if you already "know" whats wrong with it. I hate it when people come on here and ask questions, get answers and then dont even listen to what is said.
