Reminds me of a story of somebody filling out a check that was payment for a traffic ticket. He put in the notes: FOR SPEED TRAP.


The mayor of the town rejected the check.

hmmm, since the mayor rejected the check, then the ticket should be thrown out. the guy tried to pay it, but the mayor didn't accept it.

^ not the case, they dont have to accept certain payments. like you cant pay in pennys

Haha. That's great. I used to work in the engineering department for a place called Hospira (if you ever have and IV bag hooked up to you in the hospital there is a 95% chance it was made where I worked) and the engineers there were always fu<king with each other. He's right though, don't get on their bad side. haha

I have seen that check before. It came from a thing where the guy was quoted .02 cents per kilobyte he used on his cell phone and they ended up charging him .02 dollars which is what they meant to charge him anyway. They got into a big argument about it. Ill see if I can find the recording of the conversation later.

Yep that's right. The only thing all of that fancy stuff after .002 does is move the decimal to the right one number.
