Basicly built another story. Cut in a new set of stairs to the living room. Thats where my master bedroom is. its about 20'x 25'. I had a contractor frame it out, and roof it. I did all the outside work. Spent the summer cutting and installing all the decrotive shingles and painting the house. Along with all window trim, clapboard replacement. The whole inside has also been renovated. All new everthing. Lot of time and money. But the house is in a good area, and its value has tripled since I bought it. Bought for $109,000. Appraised for $385,000 |
