Well I'm making a chart of Ecoustics activity and if you're just paying attention or read this at all just POST here. There is a catch however. There must be a topic!
TOPIC:New Year Resolution

Mine are just to work harder and relax more. I guess it's like contrast on a TV.

I've gained weight I Kidd you not. This is due to the excessive craving for ice-cream chocolate biscuits and heavens knows what else so I'm start to slowly cut back on it. Providing I don't what to look grossly over weight by my 40th birthday, I start today!

Over the last few days I have found it very difficult to even walk up the road a mare 20 minute walk there and back so it starts today!

I managed to walk to the building society earlier this morning so it starts today not on New years day it starts today I need to burn this gross weight off the side of me! I need to slowly start taking walks and looking for means of affordable ways to exercise this weight off!

I feel like William Shanter without the hair loss!

Ok I'm back again, hmm weak activity. I guess I should eat more healthily. I am losing muscle and gaining fat, so I better get on it to get my grip back.

thats what the holidays are for though. From thanksgiving to xmas I always put on about 5-10 extra unwanted pounds but then you have 11 months to work it off:-)

Holy buttnutts batman! If I could have thanksgiving dinner every night of my life, it would be above supreme. Beyond even religous. Even a "Zen" like state.

Oh, I and I would weigh like 396 lbs!!!

The last time I weighed myself I was 12 stone! So heavens knows what I am now LOL, lest say this it could be an age thing.

As winter draws on us we tend to eat more or is it the other way around, chocolate is good for the winter and so is soup as well I brought some soup yesterday and yet I'm still drinking as if it's summertime.

If you live in a winter climate you naturally put on weight for the winter the same way animals do. I love summer because I stay active so much more because it is nice out:-)
