Hey, so i've been watching shows online on my tv with my laptop and haven't came across any problems until now.. i plug in the hdmi, turn on the tv and laptop and there is a signal as both devices recognise each other it's just the TV plays no audio or picture... I have tried adjusting the resolution and screen size, i just have no idea what to try now. I am using a asus a52f, windows 7 os Any ideas would be greatly helpful as most threads discuss the "no signal" problem but there is are clear signs that there is a signal there is just no picture or sound

Hi, have you made sure that your tv is able to support the format of videos in laptop? In my opinion, TV is also supposed to have its own video decoder.
