My computer, when running itunes or streaming Pandora, the music skips and stutters. I don't think it's a bandwidth situation, since our office has fios. My older office computer, a Dell optiflex 760 running xp has a SoundMAX HD audio card. I only listen to music, so I don't need too much. Does this sound like a card problem, a setting, or should I get a new card? Any cheap suggestions?
