Hey. I'm new to this whole forum thingy, and have basic knowledge when it comes to the technical bits of a computer. I have an ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 graphics card is it? Running on my Windows 7 laptop. I have recently purchased a new lcd tv, and have connected my laptop to it using a VGA cable. I rarely shut down my laptop, and rather leave it sleeping. Now, whenever I wake it up, the display on the laptop is all pixelated and impossible to make out. I then have to re connect it to my tv, somehow switch it to 'display only on projector' or whatever, then the display is fine - on my tv. Then, I windows+P shortcut to disconnect my projector, and the display on my laptop is then fine. This is getting very annoying, as I have to do this each time to get the display on my laptop to work. I have checked the driver on the graphics card, and it says it's the latest one. Any ideas what could be causing it, and how I can stop it?? Your help would be very much appreciated.
