My laptop screen stays blank & black

Jamie Paul New member Username: Jamie54 Post Number: 1 Registered: Apr-08	Posted on Saturday, April 19, 2008 - 22:37 GMT ok i have a new toshiba laptop.....it went dead like 2 days ago and now when i turn it on the screen loads but never gets to the loggin part just goes to a blank black screen and shows only the mouse can someone tell me how to fix it???
