IBM Lenovo power adapter

Hello all.

I have IBM Lenovo 3000 c200. The DC jack is broken . I try to fix it but the wires are messed up.Any body know how this plug of adapter and socket jack
wires laid out. Why I do not have any voltage at the pin of plug?
