I just recently purchased a Sony DCR_SR82 harddrive camcorder. I have a Dell Dimension 9100. I cannot get the camera to load directly to the dvd. When I push the DiscBurn button on the cradle nothing happens. Went to open Handycam hard disc drive icon, I get a message: Cannot start HDD handycam because the necessary files do not exist. please install picture motion browser again. I have and nothing. When I try to open the import media files in the program, I get this message:Browser has incounted a problem and needs to close. I also get this message: 0x5ad71531 ref memory at 0x00000014 memory couldnot be read
