hi can anyone help me? i have a dell m1710 running on vista, its great, but tried to get photos off of my panasonic camcorder and it says something about wia??? and does not read that there is a device.it does however read the camcorder for the video and record from it easily. any answers. do i need some extra software?? and what is wia??? thanks
