Complete garbage you need a new PC. |

New member Username: Sexyboy559Post Number: 4 Registered: Feb-07 | it is set to dma i just checked. for the disk it only lets me burn them onto dvd-r.so i just need a new comp? |
Gold Member Username: SamijubalPost Number: 3339 Registered: Jul-04 | You don't need a new PC. How many CD/DVD drives do you have? Make sure the burner is DMA too. Some burners will burn poor quality media slow. What brand and speed are the discs? |
New member Username: Sexyboy559Post Number: 5 Registered: Feb-07 | i have 1 cd drive that just reads the cd and then the one on the top burns the cd/dvds. how do i no if these burner is dma it doesn't say? they are memerox the same as the burner. i already tried 3 differnt types. |
Gold Member Username: SamijubalPost Number: 3340 Registered: Jul-04 | Some PCs only allow DMA on the master drive. The burner should be set to master. You can check in device manager. Double click DVD/CD-ROM drives and right click the burner click properties if the location is 0, it's master, if the location is 1, it's slave. |
