hi, all of a sudden my when i come to watch a dvd on my notebook the picture and sound are both extremely jumpy. I have restarted my computer and tried the dvd in many different applications but cannot get rid of this. I have also made sure i had no background processes happening so RAM cant be a problem, ne one got ne ideas? my laptop is a dell inspiron 640m, i bought it in august so its relitivley new. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. thanks!
