I have a PANASONIC NV-GS 11 DVC. I plugged it in my desktop with the usb cable and the webcam does not funtion. When i click on 'USB Device' in Windows Explorer all i get is a black screen. I have installed all the drivers from the CD-ROM too. And it actually works on my laptop, just not my Compaq Presario PC. So there must be something wrong with my desktop PC. I am running Windows XP Home Edition, SP2. Please respond ASAP !
