hi, i need to connect computer to modulator to broadcast a local television. I have s-video out on my graphic card, but it doesnt work. The screen is scrolling and isnt fine. Can I solve it with graphic card with composite tv-out? (not reduction) Is there a different kind of information in composice or its the same and I get same result as with s-video to composite reduction? Thank you.

Telelivisons do not like resolutions other than 640x480, a pc monitor can change resolutions a tv can't.

yes. svideo is analog whereas composite video is not. Get an Nvidia card they are the best for this type of application. The big difference is the fact that a composite video cable can carry a digital signal. which means you can get a higher resolution out of it and it will be a cleaner display.
