I went to Radioshack today and was like... so yeah... I want to connect my Laptop (HP zv5000 btw) to my TV so I can watch video on my laptop what do I need... he points out this thing:
Camcorder A/V Cable (Red, White, Yellow cables and the headphone jack for my laptop)
Ok... shell out 16 bucks... worth it... get home.... audio works, the video doesn't... it is just white lines bouncing when the audio does something... I have tried this on multiple TVs... same result.... it kinda makes sense since I plugged it into the audio jack... only getting audio.... but wtf is going on...
Did I get screwed... am I doing something wrong? What should I do?
