I work in a building where we have an analog cable signal coming in. A number of my co-wokers have hooked personal TVs up to the line and so I decided to do the same. The thing is, the main line has been split about 4 maybe 5 times (maybe more) so by the time I hooked mine up, the picture is snowy. Will a booster solve this problem. If so, can I hook it up right to where mine is split? I've looked at the Motorola Signal Booster, but I'm under the impression that it has to be hooked up right at the source of the "chain" and I have no idea where that begins. Plus, can you hook up a booster in a system that has been split this many times? I don't want to fry everyone else's TV!!
