I recently bought a 5.1 stereo system from Philips which has as audio input; 3 wires (stereo, satelites, and bass). My laptop however, only has a single green rimmed audio out. I have heard of an adapter where the bass/satelite/stereo wires are converted into a single audio wire which can be inserted into the audio out, but i do not know who makes them or what they are even called. I have asked around electronic stores, but they do not carry them. Anyone know what im talking about or know where i might buy one from? Could you also provide the name for such adapters? -many thanks
