you should try some polyfill like pillow filler from walmart.. that does make a difference.. i think it makes the sub believe its in a larger enclosure.. correct me if i am not right.. and i am usually wrong so F)_(ck you in advance for correcting me ahahhahahaha
"i put some cotton on my subsbox and it dosent make even a tiny TINY bit of differense" On it, or in it? Polyfill should be inside. Anyway, general rule of thumb is 1 lb. per cubic foot of box volume, it will make the box approximately 10% larger. Anyway, sealed boxes you won't notice a huge difference until you go around .25 cu ft of change.
ok the thing is i got a dodge and the box is not all that big its very small so i put in some polyfill but i dint know it was 1lb per cubic foot of the box(wich jonathan sais) so i think it dint work because i dint put alot i just bought one bag it was perty small ill try buying some more so see if jonathan is right
Don't expect huge differences in the sound, sealed enclosures don't change their sound until you alter box volume by a fairly large amount. Polyfill will add a little difference, but nothing substantial.
yea it worked i needed just needed to add a lil more polyfill its a lil louder now a little but its better than before well thanx for your advise u all
