I know my boss would fail. You'd be suprised how many managers and higher ups are doing something. The last place I worked had a plant manager who suppressed the notion of randoms. He said it would burden human resources because of all the firings that would result out in the shop.
Truth is he couldn't afford to lose his "office" employees that would fail as well. My guess was 20%?
