I just bought a New Laptop , We install a Wireless DLink Cd Rom and Router etccc.... Now we are trying to get the Internet Connection, But its not Working. Wireless DLink not giving connection to Internet We have a User Guide Gateway Edition for the Laptop . Please Help me to get the Wireles Connection . Thanks You
Did you follow the directions that came with it and do everything in order? If you didn't, do that, if you did, you may have made a mistake. Either way do this:
1. Reset the router. Find the reset button and use a paperclip to push and hold it for 10 seconds. 2. Go through the setup directions again.
3. If you still have a problem post again and explain exactly what is happening when you try to connect to the internet.
And just for future refrence D-Link is not the best brand of routers. If you have a choice next time get a Linksys/Cisco, they are better quality and easier to set up and configure.
You need give out more detail, can you hard wire (not wireless) hook up your router,if so, is it work? if it work mean you wireless setting problem, or it doesn't work mean is your internet connecting problem. you have post more detail.
