Someone told me my headphone jack is S/PDIF and can output a dolby 5.1 signal to my speakers. Should I tell them they're crazy? I don't know much about this stuff but I thought S/PDIF used a different kind of connector than a regular headphone connector.
Also, an RCA connection using only a red and white connector isn't able to carry a 5.1 dolby signal is it?
